Welcome international graduates!

As international graduates, you chose to carry out your higher education studies in the UK – congratulations and thank you! This means you’re eligible to complete the Graduate Outcomes survey and will be contacted around 15 months after you completed your course.

By taking the survey you will help future international students who are making choices on whether to choose the UK to study. You will also improve international organisations’ understanding of how they can support graduates like you and promote the UK as a place to study.

By taking the survey you’ll be joining the 325,000 international graduates who have taken part in the survey over the past five years!

Take part!

As ambassadors of UK higher education we need you to participate in this vital research by completing the survey when you’re invited. You can provide insight that allows us to celebrate your achievements in the UK and also drive policy changes to ensure future international students and graduates have more knowledge and choices!

Supported by the British Council

Supported by British CouncilHESA delivers the survey on behalf of the UK funding and regulatory councils. We are also working closely with the British Council, the United Kingdom's international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities, to explore how your survey responses can be used to support international students choosing the UK to study. In addition, to ensure they have the data and insight to promote the UK as a fantastic place to continue your studies!

Michael Peak, Head of Education Research at the British Council said:

“The British Council is delighted to support HESA with this important work. The Graduate Outcomes survey will enable us all to understand more about the experience of international students in the UK, and their journeys after their studies with UK HE providers. This is valuable information for UK HE providers, and for prospective international students, helping them to make informed choices about their futures.”
